Part Time or Full Time Primary Care RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • The Primary Care RN will be responsible for all aspects of resident care.
  • Communicate with family/responsible parties concerning resident condition, changes in condition, and changes in treatment.
  • Accurate, thorough documentation.
  • Communicate resident status with physician and nurse practitioner, report changes in condition appropriately.
  • Medication administration.
  • Perform treatments per facility policy.

Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Experience in gerontology nursing preferred.

Full Time (CNA) Certified Nurse’s Assistant

$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS 

Starting wage of $19.57 with an additional $2.00/hour heroes pay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide, assist, and supervise residents with daily personal care, tasks, and activities.
  • Provide general support and supervision of the resident’s physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate respectfully with residents, visitors, staff and supervisors.
  • Work as member of a team of professionals.

Requirements

Must have successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation program. Must hold a current Michigan Nursing Aide Certificate. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Licensed Practical Nurse

$3,500 Sign On Bonus for Full Time
